The transformation extended beyond the home, with a fully integrated landscape design that includes a pool, outdoor kitchen, and pergola. Each element was considered as part of a cohesive indoor-outdoor experience.

Alongside his education, he is a high-level competitive soccer player, where he continues to build discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic both on and off the field.
Peyton is a 17-year-old early graduate working for the family company while preparing to pursue Business Commerce at the post-secondary level. He is also a dedicated high-level competitive soccer player, where years of elite training have shaped his discipline, resilience, and leadership—qualities he applies in both sport and business.
Mark is a seasoned Site Supervisor and finish carpenter specializing in premium architectural millwork. With more than 40 years of experience, he has delivered thoughtful solutions for luxury residences and commercial spaces alike. His depth of craftsmanship and steady leadership bring confidence and precision to every project. Outside of work, Mark enjoys river fishing, golfing, woodworking, and spending time with his family, including lively game nights with friends and loved ones.
Chase is a dedicated carpenter with over eight years of experience in residential and commercial construction. Known for his strong attention to detail and commitment to safe, efficient worksites, he takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship on every project. He completed his Level 1 Carpentry training at BCIT and is currently advancing his skills through Level 2 training. Outside of work, Chase is a proud father and devoted partner who enjoys exploring the outdoors, spending time with family, and making memories with his daughter and their dog.
Monica has built her career around bringing structure and clarity to busy teams. With a strong background in administrative management and accounting, she’s known for keeping operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly. She combines sharp organizational skills with a genuine care for people, making her a steady, positive presence for both leadership and staff. Outside the office, she’s a proud mom of two energetic boys who loves staying active and embracing family adventures.
Kathy’s journey into residential construction followed a fulfilling career as a physiotherapist and several years dedicated to raising her family. Her transition into the industry began when Rob renovated her previous home, sparking a new professional path. Today, she plays an integral role on the Homes to Havens team, supporting project delivery and assisting homeowners as they bring their renovation and building visions to life. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active with her family and dog, playing tennis, skiing, and spending time outdoors.
With more than 30 years of experience in construction, Mike developed his passion for the industry early, growing up around job sites and taking on hands-on labour work from a young age. After high school, he moved into renovations and later completed his apprenticeship as a residential framer. Over the decades, he has worked across nearly every area of construction, though woodworking remains his greatest passion. He finds deep satisfaction in seeing a project take shape and bringing it to completion. Outside of work, he is actively involved in the life of his family and church community.
Matt brings nearly 20 years of experience in custom home building and renovations. After studying theatre and gaining early carpentry experience building sets, he transitioned into finishing carpentry, where he spent over 15 years contributing to some of the most luxurious homes in the Lower Mainland. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his two young children, staying active with camping, snowboarding, and plenty of soccer
Robert is a Red Seal Certified Carpenter and the Founder of Homes to Havens, a boutique residential design and construction firm specializing in high-quality renovations and custom homes. With extensive experience in complex building projects, design coordination, and permitting, he brings both technical precision and strategic oversight to every build. Having completed the Project Management Program at UBC’s Sauder School of Business, Robert combines craftsmanship with disciplined project leadership to deliver a streamlined, detail-oriented client experience from concept through completion. Guided by integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement, he has built Homes to Havens on a simple principle: creating refined, welcoming spaces that reflect each client’s lifestyle and aspirations.
