Pre-Construction

You will work with our experienced home designers to help put your dreams onto paper. Our experience allows us to accurately estimate costs and find a balance between scope of work and budget. We match the best SME’s and sub-contractors for each individual project as well as procure material and equipment that may have long lead times to ensure minimal down time. This organization and coordination allows our team to efficiently manage our projects.
Under-Construction
Homes to Havens construction Inc. provides project management and site supervision throughout the construction process which helps to ensure control of the schedule, budget and quality of deliverables. Constantly updating the schedule and budget as we progress to ensure transparency with our homeowners. We coordinate meetings with SME’s, sub-contractors, suppliers and most importantly city officials to ensure we are in compliance with local building code and bylaws.
Post-Construction
Homes to Havens construction Inc. is dedicated to providing warranty services to ensure the satisfaction of our homeowners. Homes to Havens Construction Inc. provides our new home clients with an Aviva National Home Warranty a 2-5-10 year insurance policy. We also offer a post construction maintenance service to help our homeowners maintain their new property to the standards they desire.
