Our Process
A Structured Approach
Every project is different. The process is designed to bring clarity to complexity.
Clear expectations and informed decisions early on help reduce uncertainty throughout the build.
The Process
Consultation
A focused conversation to understand goals, constraints, and whether the project is a good fit.
We discuss scope, investment range, timeline expectations, and site conditions.
Early clarity ensures alignment before moving forward.
Not every project proceeds past this stage.
When it does, it begins with shared understanding.
Planning & Alignment
Scope, priorities, and expectations are defined before work begins.
Site conditions are reviewed.
Zoning and feasibility considerations are assessed.
Consultants are identified where required.
Preliminary budgets are discussed within the context of real-world constraints.
This phase exists to eliminate assumptions.
Design & Scope Confirmation
Key decisions are made with full context and coordination.
Architectural drawings are developed and refined.
Engineering is completed where required.
Interior selections are aligned with budget and buildability.
The scope is documented in detail.
Permits are prepared and submitted.
Construction does not begin until the project is clearly defined.
Pre-Construction Preparation
Preparation reduces disruption.
Final pricing and contracts are confirmed.
Construction schedules are established.
Trades are coordinated.
Long-lead materials are ordered in advance.
The work is planned before it is executed.
Construction
Work proceeds with structure, communication, and attention to detail.
For renovations, this may include demolition, structural adjustments, framing, mechanical rough-ins, inspections, insulation, drywall, millwork, and finishing.
For new builds, the sequence begins with excavation and foundation work, followed by framing, enclosure, systems installation, inspections, and interior and exterior finishes.
Each stage builds on the one before it.
Each stage is inspected and verified.
Progress is measured and methodical.
Thoughtful Projects Begin Here
